Founded in 2017 under the leadership of Mr Ertan Soydan, who has 40 years’ experience in the hydraulics sector, ERS Hydraulic Cylinders Inc. combines the quality and customer oriented production approach in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. ERS is a flexible and modern manufacturer of customised hydraulic cylinders within the required time-frame.
ERS is operating in its production plant in Izmir and produces the following types of cylinders in its 3,000 m² closed production area out of a total area of 5,000 m²:
single acting cylinders, double acting cylinders, single and double acting telescopic cylinders, tandem cylinders, plunger cylinders, stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316) cylinders, customised cylinders, cylinder repair and revision.
Based on customer drawings or customer specifications, ERS offers standard and customized solutions, having its design & engineering team design requested characteristics with modern CAD programs.
Most of the hydraulic cylinders ERS produces are used in the following sectors: iron and steel, mining, mobile hydraulics, marine and maritime, construction and soil removal, hydraulic presses.
ERS guarantees its customers a high production quality standard with end to end quality control management.
